At TOOB, every piece is crafted with care. Because our items are made-to-order and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was displayed on our website, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at adnaan.sentissi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

Once approved, we will offer you the choice between a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Please note that items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for refund or replacement. We are also unable to be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
