TOOB ships worldwide. Every order is crafted on demand and made specifically for you.

Production time is 3-7 business days. Once your order is produced, it will be shipped using our selected carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after production are as follows. For Europe, delivery takes 7-15 business days. For North America (Canada and USA), delivery takes 10-15 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery takes 10-20 business days.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Regarding customs and duties, for international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. TOOB has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Regarding lost or delayed packages, if your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at adnaan.sentissi@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with our carrier and find a solution.

We currently do not offer express shipping. We are working on adding faster delivery options in the near future.
